From a recipe created in the mid-1990s, Old Hamlet's Whisky Toddy Spices Bundles are hand blended, tied and packed in the UK. Each Whisky Toddy Spice Sachet is enough for two drams or 50 ml of whisky.

Ingredients: Ginger, Lemon Peel, Allspice, Mace.
Instructions: Add one Old Hamlet Whisky Toddy Spice Bundle to 450ml water (three quarters of a pint). Add 1 level tablespoon of sugar and heat to boiling. When the water boils, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then take off the heat. Cool for 10 minutes, then add 2 drams or 50 ml of whisky and stir in. Enjoy.
