Ingredients
| 4tsp | muscovado sugar, or other brown sugar |
| 1tsp | Steenbergs Organic Chai Blend* |
| 2tsp | organic green tea leaves, ideally Indian organic green tea* |
| 1250ml | freshly drawn water |
| * Alternatively use Steenbergs organic green chai tea - one of our most favourite chai blends. |
Method
- Put organic chai spice blend into a pan. Add the water to the pan and bring to the boil. Gently simmer for 5 minutes then take off boil. Add organic green tea leaves to water and leave to infuse for 3 - 5 minutes. Strain and serve in tea glasses or tea cups.
* If using Steenbergs organic green chai tea simply brew like a normal green tea. Don't add milk but do add sugar to taste.
