Ingredients
| 150g | tropical fruit juice |
| 2 | passion fruits, halve, scoop out flesh |
| 1 | pomegranate, for seeds only |
| 1 | banana sliced |
| 1 | hard pear, peeled and cubed |
| Handful of seedless grapes, halved | |
| 2 | kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced |
| 1 | small red apple, cubed |
| ½ | ripe mango, peeled and cubed |
| 6 | lychees, peeled and seeded |
| ½ | star fruit, thinly sliced |
| 4 | stem ginger, sliced |
| 2 tbsp | dark brown sugar |
| 1 tbsp | calvados (optional) |
Method
Mix and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve with real vanilla ice-cream.
