Raw Walnut Brownies Recipe - Festive Style

Ingredients
| 1 cup | organic walnuts or pecans |
| 1 cup | organic medjool dates |
| 1 cup | organic raisins |
| 2 tbs | Steenbergs cocoa nibs |
| 2 tbs | organic agave syrup |
| 1 tsp | Steenbergs organic cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp | Steenbergs organic lebkuchen(optional, to taste) |
Method
- Place the nuts in a liquidiser and pulse until they are like breadcrumbs (you may like more bite in the brownie so less pulsing would be preferable)
- Add all other ingredients and pulse until dates are broken down and mixture is sticking together - the mixture may need a little cajoling as the dates make it deliciously sticky!
- Spread into a parchment-lined tin and press down with the back of a spatula. Refrigerate for an hour before cutting into squares or using festive cutters to add a seasonal feel. It is best if it can be stored in the fridge otherwise it is wonderfully sticky.
