Steenbergs Fines Herbes Vinaigrette Seasoning is our own mix of herbs, spices and salt, created in the 1990s. This Fines Herbes Vinaigrette herb mix blended by us in small batches at Steenbergs factory in North Yorkshire. This blend is a mix of herbs and spices to give a genuine French-style vinaigrette when mixed with olive oil and white white vinegar.
Ingredients: Salt, Parsley, Black Pepper, Chervil, Coriander Leaf (Cilantro), Chive, Garlic.
Instructions: Mix 1 tbsp Fines Herbes Vinaigrette with 12 tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp white wine vinegar, 2 tsp lemon juice. Stir to mix together or shake in a glass jar.
