Clearspring's organic Japanese Shoyu Soya Sauce is made with whole soya beans and cedarwood aged over 2 summers. A few drops of this rich savoury seasoning draws out the flavour of other foods. Clearspring's organic soy sauce is one of the finest quality available produced by their artisan producer to a traditional recipe. This organic soya sauce contains organic whole soya beans rather than soy isolates, and roasted whole wheat which are naturally fermented slowly in the cedarwood kegs.
