Steenbergs organic Mediterranean rub is packed full of flavours reminiscent of those balmy evenings on the Mediterranean - heady organic lavender and organic thyme, mixed with organic cracked black pepper and organic garlic. Steenbergs organic Mediterranean rub makes an ideal seasoning for lamb, chicken, meaty fish and pork. You can use it as a BBQ blend but it also works fantastically as a rub on roasts, or as an all purpose seasoning in cooking.
