| 2 | garlic cloves |
| 50g | cured ham or unsmoked bacon(optional extra) |
| 2 | tomatoes, peeled and chopped |
| 1 tbsp | wine vinegar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | organic pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | organic paprika plus extra to sprinkle on top |
