Easy recipe to get started with Steenbergs ras al hanut spice blend, lots of flavour not so much spicy heat.
| 2 tbsp plus 70 ml | olive oil |
| 5 tbsp | lime juice |
| 2 tbsp | Steenbergs ras al hanut |
| 1 kilo | chicken legs (or chicken thighs as I used) |
| season with salt, sugar and black pepper |
