We use a lot of this Biona raw coconut oil at home in a wide variety of baking dishes as well as for frying with. Delicious.

Organic coconut oil is fantastic for cooking with. Organic Coconut oil solidifies if left in normal UK termperatures (apart from about 3 days a year, on previous weather conditions) but liquifies quite quickly at hand temperature.

Ethically sourced from farmers co-operatives in the Phillipines.

Unrefined- Unbleached- Non-Deodorised , Non-Hydrogenated
Free from- Cholesterol,trans-fats,and GM ingredients.

Biona Organic Virgin Coconut Oil is cold-pressed from the flesh of organic coconuts and has not been refined, bleached or deodorised.  This fragrant, non-hydrogenated oil is a popular bread spread and cooking ingredient.  Coconut oil becomes liquid above 24 degrees centigrade. At Steenbergs we use it a lot in cooking.

We first became aware of the wonderful uses for organic coconut oil from Jamie Lee Grace (see her link) of Radio 2 fame - her books such as Imperfectly Natural Woman, Imperfectly Natural Home and Imperfectly Natural baby are popular here at Steenbergs.
