This is our classic all purpose seasoning which has been an instant hit since it was first introduced our first summer.

Alison - our designer - asked Axel to develop some organic rubs and seasonings for her summer holidays.. Rising to the challenge, Axel invented this lazy (but delicious) classic mix - organic salt mix from Steenbergs organic mixed herbs and organic cracked black pepper combined with Steenbergs natural sea salt. Steenbergs organic perfect salt blend was an instant hit - and once you've tried it you find yourself reaching for our organic perfect salt for all occasions.

Uses

Steenbergs organic perfect salt is great for marinating meats and fish or as a lazy flavouring for vegetables, meat and fish. Use it cooking or have it on the table for instant seasonings at the dinner party. Hand-blended by Steenbergs Organic in North Yorkshire (UK) from organic mixed herbs, organic cracked black pepper and naturally hand-harvested Portuguese sea salt.
