This is our classic all purpose seasoning which has been an instant hit since it was first introduced our first summer.

Alison - our designer - asked Axel to develop some organic rubs and seasonings for her summer holidays. Rising to the challenge, Axel invented this lazy (but delicious) classic mix - Steenbergs organic mixed herbs and organic cracked black pepper combined with Steenbergs natural sea salt - sundried in the Algarve. Steenbergs organic perfect salt blend was an instant hit - and once you've tried it you find yourself reaching for our organic perfect salt for all occasions.

Uses

Steenbergs organic perfect salt is great for marinating meats and fish or as a lazy flavouring for vegetables, meat and fish.
