Organic Sabzi Polo Herb Blend Standard 15g Steenbergs details and description

Steenbergs Organic Sabzi Polo is a traditional herb mix for the classic Iranian Sabzi Polo - a dish of rice and herbs normally served with cooked white fish.  Polo is very similar to pilaf/pilau rice which is flavoured with a blend of organic herbs - organic chives , organic coriander leaves , organic dill tops and organic parsley herb.  Boil organic long grain rice, drain, the add sunflower/vegetable oil to frying pan and fry the rice with some of Steenbergs Organic Sabzi Polo herb mix.

Steenbergs Organic Sabzi Polo is hand blended in small batches in Steenbergs Spice Factory in Ripon in North Yorkshire to our own secret recipe.
