Garlic Powder Organic - Dried Ground Garlic

Steenbergs organic garlic powder is a great substitute for peeling and chopping garlic bulbs all day long.  Garlic can be used fresh or dried. It is a key ingredient to most cuisines in the world from Italian to French to Indian and Chinese. When heated garlic's pungency and strong odour get lost and its aroma becomes more subtle and less dominant, harmonising with ginger, pepper, chillis and many other spices.

Steenbergs organic garlic comes in powder or organic garlic granules. This version is powdered. As it is organic garlic it doesn't have any anti-caking agents in it, so it may cake up over time. This can be broken up with a fork.

Steenbergs organic garlic powder is part of the Steenbergs range of over 400 organic spices, peppers, herbs and flavoured sugars.
