Barbecued Sunday Roast

What better way to enjoy a sunday roast. BBQ beef with a smokey flavour to go with your roasted potatoes and freshley made yorkshire pudding, lashings of gravy a must have.

Ingredients

  1. The evening before the barbecue mix the marinade and coat the beef with the marinade. Keep in a fridge overnight, basting before going to bed and several times during the following day.
  2. Prepare the barbecue. Take the beef from the fridge, and place on a plate, leaving behind the marinade for basting later. Run the perfect seasoning over the beef and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Roast the beef on a barbecue for 1½ to 2 hours (depending on style you want), basting every 30 minutes with the marinade. Check that it is cooked to desired level.
