Chocolate Crunchies

Ingredients

 

Instructions

  1. Butter a 18cm tin.  Seal biscuits in a polythene bag and bash to give uneven crumbs.
  2. Melt organic butter and organic golden syrup in a pan.  Stir in sieved organic cocoa powder, vanilla extract and organic raisins, then thoroughly mix in the broken biscuit crumbs.  Spoon into tin and press down firmly.
  3. Melt the organic chocolate in a double pan over simmering water.  Spread over the biscuit base and chill and for about half an hour.
  4. Put into fridge and chill.
