Tahini is creamed hulled sesame seeds and is ideal as a dipping snack or spread. It is also used as a cooking ingredient in Eastern foods such as hummus.


The difference between this organic tahini and the dark organic tahini is that this one is only made from hulled sesame seeds and the dark one is made from the whole sesame seed.
