Axel Steenberg created the all-purpose Steenbergs Organic Spanish Pepper Seasoning to remind Sophie and Axel Steenberg of lazy, sunny holidays in Spain - it's salt free and great on almost any type of food.
The bittersweet tartness of the organic lemon peel, together with the sweetness of the organic orange peel, works wonders against that warm bite that comes through from the organic black pepper . This base is freshened up with the medicinal sharpness of organic thyme and the pungency of organic onion . All these disparate flavours are brought together by that distinctive, and amalgamating, organic coriander taste.
Use Steenbergs Organic Spanish Pepper seasoning sprinkled on scrambled eggs, as a dry rub for fish or meat or to flavour sauteed vegetables, or in a paella.
