Steenbergs Organic Spanish Pepper Seasoning was created by Axel Steenberg created as an all-purpose spice mix to remind Sophie and Axel Steenberg of lazy, sunny holidays in Spain - Steenbergs Organic Spanish Pepper Seasoning is salt free and great on almost any type of food.
In Steenbergs Organic Spanish Pepper Seasoning, Steenbergs blends bittersweet tartness of the organic lemon peel powder, together with the sweetness of the organic orange peel powder, works wonders against that warm bite that comes through from the organic black pepper berries. This base is freshened up with the medicinal sharpness of organic thyme and the pungency of organic onion granules. All these disparate flavours are brought together by that distinctive lemony flavour, and amalgamating, organic coriander seeds taste.
Use Steenbergs Organic Spanish Pepper seasoning sprinkled on scrambled eggs, as a dry rub for fish or meat or to flavour sauteed vegetables, or in a paella.
