Ingredients

What to do

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Cover a large flat baking tray with greased, greaseproof paper. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Beat the butter with electric beater, then add the slightly warmed golden syrup. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the mixture thinly on to greaseproof paper and cut with a large biscuit cutter.
  4. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes, but watch it carefully as it tends to suddenly burn quickly.
