Almond Fruit Salad

Ingredients

What to do

  1. Blend the cornflour with the 2 tablespoons of water.
  2. Put the almonds, water and blended cornflour into a pan and mix well. Gradually bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from the heat and leave to cool, stirring occasionally to prevent skin forming.
  4. Put the fruit in a bowl, spoon over the almond syrup and sprinkle on the cassia powder.
