Instructions

  1. Season with sea salt and pepper. Sear the tuna steaks in the olive oil. Put the tuna to one side, then fry the onion and peppers. When the vegetables are soft, add all the other ingredients and stir them together. Put the tuna back into the sauce and simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve with boiled rice and lettuce salad.
