Steamed Chinese Mushrooms

Ingredients

What to do

  1. Soak Chinese mushrooms for 20 minutes, then clean thoroughly and remove stalks.
  2. Take 1 - 1½ teaspoons of minced fish and form a mound on each mushroom. Place sprig of three parsley leaves on each mound.
  3. Place stuffed mushrooms on an attractive serving plate and steam for 30 minutes.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle stuffed mushrooms with soy sauce and cooked vegetable oil.
