Spinach and tomato Bhaji

   This dish can be confusing when you look at the picture, but in India you will find the deep fried onion version that most of us know and love, then there is a vegetable version that is more like a vegetable dish with a sauce.

This version is a very tasty spinach and tomato dish that can be mopped up using nann bread or chapati bread  

       Ingredients

What to do

  1. Clean and chop the spinach. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the garlic and spinach and rest of ingredients. Stir and then cover and cook for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
