Sally's Carrots

This recipe was given to us by Sally Fordy who makes it with roast lamb.

Ingredients

What to do

  1. Peel carrots and cut into matchsticks. Place in ovenproof dish with lid. Crush cardamom seeds slighly and add to carrots. Add the butter. Season with sea salt and generous amounts of freshly ground pepper. Bake in oven at 180°C (or with the roast!) for 1 hour or until soft.
