Instructions

  1. Heat some olive oil and cook the vegetables, spices and seasonings with the cane sugar until they are cooked and mushy.
  2. Beat the eggs with a little water and stir them in as for scrambled eggs.
  3. Meanwhile, fry the slices of ham and serve as an accompaniment, with fresh (but not too fresh) baguette or good white bread.
