What to do

  1. Fry the peppers in hot oil in a large frying pan until they are soft. Add the garlic and after 1 minute add the seasonings and stir well. Now add the tomatoes and drop the eggs in whole. Cook until they are set. As a variation, we often add some washed spinach with the tomatoes - delicious.
