1tbsp dried (crushed) or 60ml small fresh whole organic chillies (chopped)
8 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
1tbsp organic black peppercorns, crushed
1 bunch fresh oregano, chopped roughly
1tbsp olive oil
1tbsp sunflower oil
What to do?
Place steaks in shallow container. Mix oils together, then add chillies, garlic, pepper and oregano to the oil. Stir. Cover the steaks in the marinade. Cover and leave in fridge overnight, or for at least 2 hours.
Cook steaks on a hot grill to your liking and serve with mashed potatoes, mushrooms and rocket salad.
