Pork Chop in a Pot

Recipe for 4

Ingredients

What to do

In a frying pan, cook the pepper, onion and celery in a little olive oil. Place in a casserole dish with a lid.

Brown the pork chops on a low heat in the frying pan. Add these to the casserole dish.

Mix the cider, cider vinegar, tomatoes and stock powder with the Cajun Ragan and pour over the pork chops.

I cooked this at 160oC/325oF/Gas Mark 3 for about 2 hours until cooked. Season to taste with Traditional ea salt and Organic black pepper. Serve with mashed potato.
