Lamb Chermoula

Recipe for 4

Ingredients

I used real spoon measures for the quantities rather than a tablespoon or teaspoon from the kitchen drawer!

Instructions

Mix the oil, tomato paste and chermoula. Add salt and pepper.

Rub the paste onto the lamb chops (on both sides) and leave to marinade with all the paste for a couple of hours.

Grill or barbecue the chops until cooked (serve as pink as desired!).

Serve with rice and a leafy green salad.
