Instructions

  1. Put the pork in a bowl with the soy sauce and marinade for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in ovenprrof casserole dish and deep fry the pork pieces in batches (keep the marinade soy sauce) until nicely browned and remove. Discard the cooking oil, add the soy sauce from the marinade and all the other ingredients. Cover and cook in 160°C oven for 1½ hours.
  3. Serve with plain boiled rice.
