Ras al hanut chicken

Ingredients

What to do

  1. Mix together ras al hanut, 2 tbsp olive oil and half the lime juice. Place chicken in large baking dish. Rub mixture over the chicken and put into your fridge. Marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill chicken until cooked through, turning for even cooking, for 25 minutes
  3. Whisk together remaining olive oil, lime juice and sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle dressing over warm chicken legs.
  4. Serve with couscous and green salad.
