Chicken curry

What to do

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add onions and cook until onions are translucent
  2. Process garlic and giner to a paste. Add this paste, together with the curry powder. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the chicken to the frying pan, stir; then add 225ml water and the garam masala.
  4. Mix well, cover and cook for a further 5 minutes on a low heat. Serve with rice.
