Ingredients

 

What to do

Chop finely the tomatoes and onions. Then put these into a pan with the malt vinegar, suagr, sea salt and spices. Bring to the boil slowly and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occassionally. While hot, sieve (or put through a mouli) until all the pulp is in a bowl. Cool then bottle.
