Tunisian Lamb Roast

Recipe for 6 

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 140oC.  Rub the surface all over with the qâlat daqqa seasoning. 
  2. Wrap in foil so that the meat is wrapped up like a parcel. 
  3. Put the lamb into a large casserole with a lid and cook for 5 hours. 
  4. Serve with rice and a spicy tomato sauce.
