Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 170°C. Put the margarine and flavourings into a large mixing bowl. Sieve the dry ingredients onto the margarine and flavourings. Beat with a wooden spoon or mixer until well mixed.
  2. Take a teaspoonful at a time and roll into small balls; put these onto an ungreased baking tray and mark firmly on back with fork and flatten. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Don't overbake. Sprinkle on top with caster sugar. Leave to cool completely on wire rack before serving.
