Italian Rosemary And Raisin Bread

Fresh homemade bread is so nice to eat, even better for me is  raisin bread toasted with lots of real butter



  1. Lightly beat eggs in measuring jug, then make up volume to 275ml with water. Put ingredients (except raisins and organic rosemary) into bread machine in order as above adding egg mixture after olive oil. Set bread machine to basic programme with raisin option with dark crust option.
  2. When machine beeps, add the raisins or halfway through the kneading cycle.
  3. Just before baking, press a good amount of organic rosemary into the surface of the dough.
  4. When baked, take bread from the machine and cool on a wire rack.
