Billingtons Fairtrade soft brown sugar is delicious in baking and in coffee.

This Fairtrade soft brown sugar has a warm honey colour and creamy fudge flavour. Ideal for sponges, biscuits and butterscotch.

Somehow there's always something wonderful about the smell and feel of soft brown sugar - it's reminds me of lazy days and coffee and cakes.

Billingtons unrefined natural sugar keeps in the natural molasses in the sugar cane, rather than refined out.
