Organic capers grown on the island of Sicily and then preserved in white wine vinegar.
Capers are pickled buds and provide an intense salty flavour when used as a garnish or flavouring. They are particularly used in Southern Italian and Sicilian cooking and work well in salads, pizzas, pasta and meat dishes, also works well with fish, including fish pies.
