Organic lemon juice from Sunita, (squeezed from fresh organically grown Sicilian lemons).
Lemon juice is wonderful in cooking - works great as a marinade / tenderiser, also good in dressings, couscous, cakes. Ideal for baking, salads, sauces, beverages and sorbets.
In terms of quantities 2-3 tablespoons of this lemon juice roughly equates to the juice of one medium lemon.

Lemon juice is one of those unsung heores of the kitchen. It can lighten up a dish that has become too rich, works brilliantly as a marinade over any meat (works as a tenderiser) goes well in couscous, quinoa and in salad dressings. Basically an all round star. This version is quick and easy to use and a great standby.
