Honey - Runny Organic Fairtrade - Equal Exchange

Delicious organic clear honey blended from Nicaraguan and Mexican Fairtrade honeys. Works wonderfully in drinks such as redbush, wonderful in tagines, use in a variety of sweet - such as flapjacks - and savoury cooking and yummy on hot buttered toast or in honey sandwiches.

Traditional honey and mustard glazes work excellently on hams, sausages and chicken. Also a great way to enjoy duck is to glaze a breast with honey, add a half teaspoon of Steenbergs organic China 5 spice and a splash of soy sauce, then roast for 15 minutes.
