Honey Clear Runny Organic Fairtrade Equal Exchange

Delicious organic clear runny honey blended from Nicaraguan and Mexican Fairtrade honeys. Works wonderfully in drinks such as redbush, wonderful in tagines, use in a variety of sweet - such as flapjacks - and savoury cooking and yummy on hot buttered toast or in honey sandwiches. Traditional honey and mustard glazes work excellently on hams, sausages and chicken. Also a great way to enjoy duck is to glaze a breast with honey, add a half teaspoon of Steenbergs organic China 5 spice and a splash of soy sauce, then roast for 15 minutes.
