Juniper Berries Organic

Steenbergs Organic Juniper Berries have a wonderful ginny flavour that works really well set against rich, gamey meats.  Organic juniper berries are enjoying a renaissance of its ancient popularity as a seasoning for venison(including sausage casserole), pheasant and rabbit. A few Steenbergs organic juniper berries will reduce the wild flavour of these meats and will add the pleasant tartness long associated, such as stuffed goose and beef stews.  Supposedly, juniper tea is a centuries old hangover remedy, but then I would never need to find out, would I?!

Steenbergs organic Juniper Berries are part of the Steenbergs range of over 400 organic spices, peppers, sausage blends, seasonings, herbs and flavoured sugars. For your local stockist click on "Where to see us". For bulk organic juniper berries or other bulk organic spices call 01765 640088 or email enquiries@steenbergs.co.uk.
