Mixed Spice Organic Fairtrade Baking Spice Blend

Steenbergs Fairtrade organic spice blend is ideal to use in baking whether its in fruit cakes, biscuits, baked fruit or even pumpkin pie.

Also delicious sprinkled over fruit in fruit salads with just a little musovado sugar - an addition to this is fruit with 50:50 cream and yoghurt over it and the muscovado and mixed spice sprinkled on top - ideally leave for at least 30 minutes before serving.
