Organic Redbush / Rooibos Loose Leaf Tea Caddy

Steenbergs Organic Redbush Tea is a lovely delicate Just north of Cape Town, South Africa, there is a relatively untouched herbal tea called organic redbush or rooibos. Steenbergs organic loose leaf rooibos  - organic redbush - is low in tannin, caffeine-free, contains natural sweeteners and is rich in essential minerals. And just like classic organic teas, it's packed full of antioxidants. Brew light, or stronger if adding milk.

Brewing tip: brew the European way with 1 teaspoon of rooibos leaf tea per 2-cup pot (2.5g per 180ml water). Add boiling water, infuse for 4 minutes. Do not add milk. In South African it is brewed stronger, with milk and sugar. Double the quantity and the brewing time.

Ingredients: organic redbush tea - rooibos tea

Staff comment:

Steenbergs loose leaf organic redbush tea is quite sweet and so whilst I normally prefer my redbush with honey, this one I prefer black (or red). Delicious and sweet.
