Mulling wine spices, organic

A classic mix of organic mulling spices, comprising organic nutmeg, organic cloves, organic allspice and organic cinnamon. Use 1tbsp to one 750ml bottle of average quality red wine, and simmer over a low heat in a heavy bottomed casserole dish. We add a glass of orange juice and 1tbsp of sugar to the mix, but both of these are optional. Axel and Sophie Steenberg find that orange juice tastes much fresher that using orange peel.
