Old Hamlet's Fairtrade Whisky Toddy Sugar and Spice Mix makes one glorious whisky toddy. Created in the 1970s from a family recipe, Old Hamlet's sugar and spice mixes for whisky toddy have been enjoyed by thousands over the years - simple and delicious. 

Blended in small batches by hand to traditional recipes and then packed into single serve envelopes, just enough for a decent sized, warming snifter. Blended in North Yorkshire, UK

Ingredients: Sugar, Ginger, Nutmeg.

Sugar, Ginger, Nutmeg: traded in compliance with Fairtrade Standards.  Total 100%.

Recipe for Hot Whisky Toddy: Stir contents of one sachet of Old Hamlet Whisky Toddy Spices into 450 ml or a quarter pint cold water. Heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil and remove off the heat instantly. Add two drams or 50 ml of whisky, stir and enjoy.
