How to brew Lemon Balm Tea: into a warmed teapot, put 2 heaped teaspoons of Steenbergs Lemon Balm tea, or more for a more robust flavour. Bring freshly drawn water to the boil, then pour over the Lemon Balm leaves. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Drink without adding milk or sugar. Relax and enjoy.
