Mountain air of the dolomites, fresh spring water, pure cereal semolina and understanding the art of pasta making since 1908: these are the four elements that make the Monograno Felicetti pasta a true expression. When cooking and tasting the Monograno pasta range you can tell its all about quality.

This organic kamut khorasan wheat pasta is made from kamut drumum wheat which originated in teh Middle East several thousand years ago and is the ancestor of our modern cereals. Skilfully the masta pasta makes turne it into a premium product that during cooking releases scents of white flowers and freshly peeled fruit. Its flavours combines a hint of pine and macadamia nuts with nuances of edible flowers.  Cook until its the consistency you prefer - around 10 minutes.

Ingredients: Kamut wheat semolina*.  * denotes from organic agriculture
