Biona Organic's delicious and light organic coconut milk. Country of origin: Sri Lanka.
This has to be one of the easiest bases for curries simply fry up 1/2 an onion, add some Steenbergs curry powder and what ever vegetables, meat, or fish you choose and add the coconut milk. Simmer until cooked. Quick and tasty. If you'd like to add extra flavour towards the end of the cooking add a sprinkle of garam masala.
Biona Organic Coconut Milk - Light is a reduced fat version of this popular cooking ingredient with just 9% fat.
Ingredients: organic coconut (30 %), water, stabiliser, guar gum.
Suitable for vegan and vegetarians.
