We love these simple but effective luffa heavy duty scourers. These natural scourers come from the Phillipines where luffa is used instead of plastic scourer. They are durable - estimated at lasting 12 months and are ethically and sustainably sourced from Michael's family farm.

These eco-friendly scourers are made by hand stitching 3 luffas together. The result is a scouring pad that is durable and quite rigid ideal for large surfaces like tiles, baths and worktops. The luffa's rigid edges are designed to get into grimy corners, edges and grouting.

The luffas grown for this multi-surface scouring pad are grown without the use of artificial fertilisers and pesticides, protecting the environment and providing income for less privileged families.

Clean and hygienic. Rinse and air dry by hanging them up or wash them in the dish/clothes washer. At the end of their life feed them to the compost/wormery as fully bio-degradable.

These luffa are the harder version designed for more stubborn pans! Eco-friendly and green as fully compostable.
