Gram flour is milled from chickpeas and is widely used in Indian cuisine for making pakora and bhajis. It is also useful for thickening soups and sauces. Milled in the UK


Also known as chickpea flour, garbanzo flour, or besan (Bengali: বেসন beshon).


Gluten free.


Ingredients: 100% Gram/chickpea flour


Cooking instructions to make chapatti style flatbreads:


To make chapatti style flatbreads simply mix with water and seasoning to make a smooth dough, then roll out into flat round discs. Brush with oil and shallow-fry each chapatti in a non stick pan.
